Daily Rules from God for 2007

1. Wake Up!! Decide to have a good day. "Today is the day the Lord hath made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." Psalms 118:24

2. Dress Up!! The best way to dress up is to put on a smile. A smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks. "The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at outward appearance; but the Lord looks at the heart." I Samuel 16:7

3. Shut Up!! Say nice things and learn to listen. God gave us two ears and one mouth, so He must have meant for us to do twice as much listening as talking. "He who guards his lips guards his soul." Proverbs 13:3

4. Stand Up!!... For what you believe in. Stand for something or you will fall for anything.. "Let us not be weary in doing good; for at the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good..." Galatians 6:9-10

5. Look Up!!... To the Lord. "I can do everything through Christ who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13

6. Reach Up!!... For something higher. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path." Proverbs 3:5-6

7. Lift Up!!... Your Prayers. "Do not worry about anything; instead PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING." Philippians 4:6 Send this to the people you care about.

I thought this was mighty special, just like you. Share this with someone and brighten up their day. Remember: God answers Knee-Mail.

Another Liar (by Laurice Fields)

You sit there and tell me trust you
Say you will only say the truth.
Yet that nagging feeling lingers
Telling me something is not real!
I fight it saying it's my imagination
That i'm manufacturing pure fiction
But that feeling just won't leave me
So now i'm thinking maybe, just maybe
I told you all about my life's past
Things difficult for me to rehash
Thought you actually gave a damn
Maybe you would be of a different class
Now after i have opened myself to you
You prove my doubts to be true
As i realise you are just like everyone else
A Liar, a mudda f***in LIAR.
How dare you open your mouth about me
And spread your lies of hate and deceite
You think that i would never find out
But what you think the anger was about?
You're a LIAR a mudda F***IN LIAR
But you'll get yours when you get yours
So spew your sh** and talk on
Head held high i will walk on
And away from you i will be long gone
Before you noticed what you've lost.
I don't want to hear your life story
Don't expect me now to feel sorry
Because the sorry one is now you
Hope you enjoy things without your "Beauty"!

We said first come first serve.
Still have a few openings left. :)

For the unsure ones.. How bout getting together with our cousins that may drive and contribute to the cost of a vehicle + gas; I can almost guarantee the cost will not be as much as the plane ticket.

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers and grandmothers.

Personal note: What makes you a mother?

Does it require a woman to push a child out of her womb to be a mother?

Or can she be a mother because she chose to love, care and accept that child as her own.

So many people wonder, but I always question their motives. What does it matter I say.

So many people ask, "Is that her child?" What is your response? I wonder. It hurts me that their question requires an explanation from you. The answer is clearly "Yes." The answer should never be "It's not hers... it's her husband's child."

Do you see how I treat him? Do you hear what I call him? MY SON! MY CHILD!
Do you hear what he calls me? In one sweet, little word ~ MOM! I am his mother.
God designed it to be so and it is not for anyone to question or wonder.
There are not STEPs to it. I don't accept it and I don't expect you to. He is your nephew, grandson, or cousin because he is MY SON, MY CHILD! Not step-son.

A child is not always born of you. Sometimes, in His infinite wisdom, you are given a child.
It's up to the person to accept or not accept that responsibility. I've done so.
So I ask you on this Mother's Day to please don't discuss my personal choice, my life.
It's my business that should be kept between family; it's not the business of others.

In closing, many ask: "So when are you going to have one of your own?" Well, time will only tell. But have you ever thought that it may not be possible? I wonder....

This is meant as no disrespect to those family member living in the south...we all know y'all ain't FROM the south, y'all just just moved there...LOL....With that said....

1. A South Carolina redneck passed away and left a sizable estate to his beloved widow. However, she can't touch it until she turns fourteen.

2.Folks in Georgia now go to the movies in groups of 18 or more since they were told that in some theaters "17 and under are not admitted."

3. The minimum drinking age in Tennessee was raised to age 32 in an attempt to keep alcohol out of high schools.

4. You know you are in Kentucky when you call the front desk from your motel room and tell the clerk "I've gotta leak in my sink," and he says, "go ahead ... you paid for the room."

5. You can tell if a Mississippi redneck is married. There is tobacco spit on both sides of his pickup.

6. The governor's mansion in Little Rock was almost destroyed by fire. In fact, the entire trailer park was almost lost.

7. The law in Alabama was recently changed regarding divorce. Now, after being divorced, the couple are still brother and sister.

8. A Texas State trooper stopped a redneck in a pickup truck for weaving on the roadway. He asked the driver, "Got any ID?" The redneck said, "Bout what?"
